Everything is outstanding, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are recently refurbished and the staff is amicable. The bed is comfortable, slept really good. Every time in Neath we stay in this property.

I would say it's interesting place for staying and exploring Neath. The room is clean, the staff is very amiable. It has a downstairs bar. This is a hotel go-to for Neath!

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Neath, had much fun. The room was newly decorated and the staff AMAZING. I enjoyed downstairs bar.

Our room was clean and had 2 single beds.

The staff were super helpful, the bed and pillows were mind-blowingly comfortable, and the bathroom was jaw-droppingly large, clean, and tidy. Plus, loved the bar/lounge area, restaurant, electric kettle, pet-friendly policy, and non-smoking rooms.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value with a large and spotless bathroom and comfortable beds with fluffy pillows. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal, being close to everything we wanted to see and do.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, but everything else about our stay more than made up for it.

The nearest airport was conveniently far enough that I couldn't hear the planes. The property was located at a perfect distance from Oxwich Bay, so I didn't have to worry about getting sand in my shoes.

Oh, I just loved how the toilet made a rumbling sound, it was like having my own personal Jacuzzi!

The large bathroom was a great feature, offering ample space for my needs. Everything was clean and tidy, which made a positive impression. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Additionally, the bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The noise from the downstairs bar and the street outside was disruptive and made me feel unsafe.

I always return to this place in Neath. The staff were helpful in suggesting places to go. Perfect for me with a bar, restaurant, kettle, pets allowed, and non-smoking rooms. Coming back for my holiday. No regrets.
